On Monday, 30 May 2016 (18:00) the Global Governance Institute (GGI), in cooperation with the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe (UNRIC), the United Nations Liaison Office for Peace and Security (UNLOPS) and Vesalius College Brussels will organise a debate on the past and future of peacekeeping.
The debate will focus on the theme ‘International Day of UN Peacekeepers (#PKDay): Honouring our Heroes” and will be based on the recently published Oxford Handbook of United Nations Peacekeeping Operations.
