Bledar advocates for a European digital ecosystem that is both strategic and inclusive, one that reflects Europe’s core commitments to transparency, privacy, interoperability, and sustainability. He brings particular interest to cross-sectoral collaboration and policy coherence between EU institutions and national or regional actors, especially in the context of public digital infrastructure, open-source ecosystems, and ethical AI deployment. Bledar holds an MBA in Public Affairs and Leadership, along with degrees in European Studies and Political Science and Economics.
