Martina is a recent graduate master student in IR at the University of Bologna. Her master’s thesis, titled “Voices of Dissent” investigates the origins of the Sino-Russian challenge to the US-led international order by analyzing Moscow’s and Beijing’s joint communications shared with the United Nations during the period 1996—2010. Her areas of interests are the geopolitical rivalry between the US, Russia and China, international institutions, strategic and security studies.
