Matthew is a Fellow in the Global Justice and Human Rights section. He is a recent graduate from Charles University Prague, earning an MS in International Security Studies. He has previously received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Matthew's primary research is in the study of ethnic cleansing and genocide, the micro-dynamics of violence during armed conflict, and critical approaches to international security.
