You are cordially invited for a public round-table discussion on the occasion of the launch of the Palgrave Handbook on Cyber diplomacy. This unique collection, co-edited by George Christou, Wilhelm Vosse, Joe Burton and Joachim A. Koops, brings together a more than than 60 contributors from academia, national ministries, regional and international organisations, civil society and other diplomatic fora to analyze national, regional and global approaches to cyber diplomacy. Across 42 chapters (938 pages), this handbook provides an unparalleled wealth of in-depth insights into the state of cyber diplomacy - both in conceptual, theoretical and concrete policy terms. Contributors take stock of the cyber diplomacy approaches, policies and track-record of major states, regional and international organisations, multi-stakeholder fora and non-state actors seeking to address core challenges in the cyber domain.
The round-table will be open to scholars, practitioners and the wider interested general public. The event will take place at the premises of the Global Governance Institute, Cours Saint-Michel 30a, 2nd floor, 1040 Brussels.
