Gender equality is a condition for good research and a functioning organisation. As an independent think tank working on global governance, GGI holds itself to the same standards it studies, and treats fairness in how we work as part of the quality of what we produce. Our Gender Equality Plan covers everyone working under GGI's name, from core staff to fellows, trainees, and summer school participants. It commits us to monitoring gender balance across recruitment and decision-making, training staff and those who make selection decisions, integrating the gender dimension into our research where relevant, and maintaining a clear route for raising concerns about harassment. The plan is approved by our management, reviewed at least every two years, and published in full here.
