Eva van Schaeren is a voluntary intern contributing to a new project on the International Criminal Court and the attack on international law. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Law, with an option in Political Science, at KU Leuven, and finished the first year of her Master's in Law through the Erasmus programme at the University of Edinburgh, where she majored in International and European Law. Her master's thesis examines the status of EU citizenship as a 'fundamental status', exploring its evolving legal nature within the European Union.
