
Hendrik Geleyte is a seasoned human capital consultant and coach with over 25 years of experience in HR management across both corporate and non-profit sectors. As Managing Partner at Geleyte, Rasson & Partners, he specializes in executive search, leadership development, organisational development, and sustainable HR practices. His career spans senior HR roles in the financial sector and consultancy engagements with international organisations. His approach is rooted in human sustainability—aligning people strategies with organisational purpose to foster long-term impact.
Hendrik’s NGO experience is extensive and impactful. He has contributed to HR strategy and governance at Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International, Greenpeace and Eurochild, among others. His work includes talent management, conflict mediation, leadership training, and organizational development. He also supports global initiatives through the Rotary Foundation. Hendrik holds a Master in Sociology from Ghent University and a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School. He trained as a coach for individuals and teams at several institutes, accredited by the International Coach Federation. As a member of Guberna, he actively promotes good governance across sectors.
