GGI is delighted to announce the appointment of Hendrik Geleyte to the Global Governance Institute’s Board of Directors.
Hendrik brings to GGI more than two decades experience in sustainable and impactful practices in the areas of organisational development business and NGO contexts. He relies on his expertise as leadership development and executive search consultant as well as on his experience in HR strategy, change and talent management. His professional path includes 12 years of extensive HR management, training & development, and performance management roles at ING Belgium and ING Investment Management, 15 years as a people and culture consultant for a wide range of profit and non-profit organisations . Since 2023, Hendrik is the co-founder of Geleyte, Rasson & Partners, active in Belgium and Luxembourg, delivering sustainable talent and leadership solutions. Through IIC Partners he has a global reach to support organisations in his home market and over 35 countries.
